Instructions

Logging In
You can secure a user name and password from your Fineline representative. If you do not have a user name and password, enter the guest user name ‘ftpuser’ and guest password ‘guest’ for temporary access. We will provide you a custom user name and password as soon as possible.

Upload Your Files
Make sure your file(s) are named clearly, identifying the project and who you are. If you have a single file to upload, locate the file within your computer or system using the browse function on the form. For multiple files, condense the files first by doing the following:

For Windows: Right-click the files you want to upload and "Send To" a Compressed (zipped) folder. Upload the zip file using the browse function.
For Mac: Select the files you want to upload by creating an archive. Upload the archive using the browse function.

If these options are not available to you, zip packages are available for download in the Quick Links section.

Direct the Attention
Using the drop down menu, select your Client Service Representative. This will notify the individual that your files have been submitted. If you are unsure who to select, contact your Fineline representative.

Enter Special Instructions
If you have special instructions to accompany your files, enter them in the comments section. Include your e-mail address so we may contact you if needed.

Follow Up
We recommend that you also email your Fineline representative with the project’s quote number and a low resolution PDF to clarify the order requirements.

In order to use this FTP system, you must have been given an FTP username and password. If you would like to request one, please contact us.

If you are an existing customer, this form is for uploading jobs to our system for processing. In order to best serve you, please follow the simple steps to the left in order to compress your files and prepare them for upload.
