Supplier and employee diversity is an important initiative for many companies and organizations. As a certified minority-owned business, Fineline is committed to promoting diversity through contributions and participation in both national and local diversity programs. The following is a list of all of Fineline's Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certifications. MBE is defined as an organization with at least 51% of ownership in the hands of a minority citizen. Richard Miller, Owner and President of Fineline, was born in Argentina and immigrated to the United States as a young teen.

National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC)

Fineline’s certifications from the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) are awarded by regions. Each region is responsible for providing separate certifications to ensure equal opportunity for MBE organizations that wish to provide products and services to corporations within the geography of their certification who have responsibly enacted corporate supplier diversity initiatives. Fineline is certified with the following regions:
